How to Make the Most Out of Freebie or Lowbie Hair

Did I mention I am ADDICTED to hair? Oh yea...big time, BAD! I have rarely paid for hair, I love the hair shows, the freebies, the groupbies, the lowbies, the dollarbies...(well as I said before...I change my hair before I change my socks...hehehe).
