It's not always easy to find the time to set up a blog post. But Oriana Kuhr from Dilly Dolls released a very pretty corset dress at The Liaison Collaborative and I thought you'd want to see it. The mesh is nicely rigged and apart from a poking nipple issue (easily fixed on the Maitreya body), it falls very nicely. I chose the dark tones fatpack, 6 colours for 400l$, which, if you ask me, is a super deal.

Wearing Snowflakes

I am seriously grateful and humbled by the opportunities I’ve been given in the past week regarding SL. Thank you, Mae, for allowing me to take my journey here, too. For readers, I didn’t hijack Mae’s blog, I swear! She let me in as another new addition to her collection of bloggers.

I’m kicking off my time here with something spectacular and some “I’ve gone overboard with layers”- ness. Kouse of Kouse’s Sanctum released a new gown today in 8 colors. I think I melted into a puddle when I put one of these on the first time. It’s Kouse style gowns with beautiful snowflake details and ribbon edges and so pretty! It was difficult to accurately picture the back, so you might have to see those for yourself to really appreciate how the bustle sits. And, if you head down to the 2^nd level of her store, the Christmas Advent sales board is still there with the snowflake tiara on it, which matches perfectly!

When I went looking to accessorize with this gown, especially in red, I knew I wanted a winter cloak. Don’t ask me, but I have a thing for cloaks and I have a hard time finding the “right” ones. I did this time though! The cloak is from Arwen’s Creations and has a fur lined hood with some options too, but if I wore that I couldn’t show the tiara, and that would just be wrong!

The older and overboard part is all in my head.. or on it, rather. I go through spurts where I really need to do something outside the ordinary, even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else.

These pictures were all taken at the Christmas Village where I played for quite a while and grinned like a fool the entire time. As much as I love fall, there really is something about Christmas time.. On a side note, I promise to try to be a little simpler in future posts.. there's a lot of "stuff" here, sorry!

Haru Haru !

Long time since I had blogged about Rebel Xtravaganza.. I remember them taking part in the Look What the Cat Brought hunt thought.. and believe me, since that the designs kept evolving and getting better !!
Proof with the Haru skirt.. brand new and totally fashionita !

While I'll be showing you a fairly nice panel of the skirt versions... believe me there is MUCH more to see! Options with the belts, different textures etc... loads of options!

I loved the "floating" look of it and the textures are greatly made to enhance this appearance.
Speaking of enhancing, I thought the combination of the (Al Vulo) Pollon Fairy skin (bonus one in fatpack!) with the Becky hair by Truth (streaked one) and the bikini's top from Severed Garden was perfect for a fresh summery look !

Skin and Hair

Yes ... I know.. very original title, but while the items I'm about to show you are supa-great.. I couldn't come up with a equally great title.
So, I hope you'll appreciate the pictures :)

First one is Al Vulo skin from GSP - Nilpez Ophelia Dream.. Available here. I must say the eye's makeup was really the +++ point for me. Giving depth and style to your eyes [Mines being Cat's Eyes in Amber by Banana Banshee]. The cute & smexy hair I'm wearing is Becky by Truth. I'll show you more of it in another picture !

Second is ... Lala Moon hair. I just ran down this store at Hair Fair..and got a huge crush for a short hairstyle I showed you before [Grace shown here] and now I just wanted to show you that RuRu Nagy does not only rock short hairstyles ! This one is called Red Shoes and.. if you ask me, the messy&curly look totally works ! Thanks Ruru !
The skin is still by Al Vulo and I shall show it to you more clearly in soon-to-be-written post ! It's Pollon skin in Fairy version!

And as promised.. another look to Becky by Truth. For those of you who visited Truth District as it opened, Becky was the opening gift from Truth. Coming in a bunch of color, with or without the streak option, I really liked this creation with the delicate hairband, adding a touch of color and style!

More Dressing Room - Blue Style

Now first off I've done some small edits to Saff's shape and I'm curious if people notice and what they think so any comments would be gratefully received!

And now to the fashion!

The Dressing Room has a sibling under the guise of The Dressing Room Blue and they're having a birthday too all the items are under 70l$ in The Dressing Room Blue so I won't put prices by the images

So first we have hair by Exile Teyone, the hair is gorgeous with deeper shades mixing in with the fly away style, it comes in chilli (shown here), brown sugar, marble and sand. So you're not limited to being ginger!
Here we have two outfits for the price of one designed Kletva, if you don't like one - wear the other! I love both the outfits the first is simple, stylish and very lady gaga with the feathery plumes ....

And I love the monochrome look, effortlessly chic and stylish

Now let's take a closer look at the skin which is designed by MONS. I adore the little pouty glossy detail to the lips (nicely hi-lights Saff's new lip shape) and the smokey eyes are sultry and sexy. All in all a beautiful skin!

OH! And before I forget, I couldn't just walk past these AWESOME eyelashes and not buy them, it would be a travesty! They're by [glow] and in my opinion are easy peasy to fit (and I find lash fitting difficult) they're adorable, I love poppies, they're summery and so lovely to look at so having them on my eyes is a major plus!

Fur Japan...

Hello Folks!

A couple of weeks ago, I was telling you about the Pacific Crisis Fundraiser and how hundreds of SL designers had got back together to present you exclusive items to raise money to help the human victims of the japanese tragedy. You'll be glad to hear we have raised over 5 milion l$ so far. Well today, I'd like you all to give a thought about your home pet : cat, dog, bunny, cockatail, iguana, god knows what... I am personnally a cat person, so when I received the message from Blazin Aubret that something had to be done about the japanese animals, I wondered what I would have done, should the catastrophy have hit my area... Would I have grabbed my cat on the way, even if that meant risking dying myself? I think so, although I may not have had a choice... Thousands of animal in Japan have been hit by the tragedy, and, like Blazin, and hundreds of others, I think they deserve to be helped. 

Project for Japan sim has been open for less than 24 hours, and already, YOU are making a difference in these animals' fate. Read more about it here.
