More about Back to Black ... and I must say I liked the little note included by creators in their pack, talking about their own experiences with mental health disorders and also the "Did you know ..." cards.

Let me just show you one of those:
"The main characteristic of generalised anxiety disorder is a constant feeling of worry that seems uncontrollable as there doesn’t seem to be any reason for it.
