I may or may not already have used that title, at some point, if that's the case, I'm sorry. See, that's why I don't bother looking for titles, usually. Plus, the dates remind me that I need to post more often. Well, that's is, usually, because I've been home for a few days and I miraculously wanted to blog at the same time. So I've been on a (blog) roll. Does anyone even still read this blog? I'm not sure, but you know what? I don't really care.

Somnia and some Hair Fair gorgeousness

Hello everyone! I hope you're enjoying your weekend so far! As usual, I'm here to show you pretty things. You may or may not know it, but Sanura Snowpaw, of Somnia, has a thing for argyle patterns, and when she uses them on flawless little mesh dresses, it is simply bound to be stunning. She's just released 2 packs of 6 colors each. Each pack is sold 300l$ only, which is a great deal if you ask me. The dresses come in standard sizes, but make sure to try a demo, just in case, and with the usual alpha layer. Here are a few of the colors you can get. The rainbow one is an exclusive cheapie that you can get for only 10l$ at the Seraphim Anniversary Hunt.

I also took a little tour of this year's Hair Fair, and grabbed a few lovely pieces. I have to say I wish I had more l$ to spend there because there are so many extremely talented designers, giving their best efforts for a great cause, since part of the sales will benefit Wigs for Kids. Black is the new black

Long time no see! To make up for my lack of posts on The Cat, I'm bringing you an amazing look today. First, I totally advise you to check the My Attic event at The Deck, where amazing designers have retro-themed items for only L$95 (see more here and here.
Today, Moniq is wearing a dress by Maitreya, available at My Attic. It's mesh, it's amazing and the price is a steal! I added a new mesh hair by Lamb, Glam Affair skin and a jewelry set by Izzie's available at Limited Couture. It includes a necklace, earrings and three rings for each hand.

The poses used in this post are by Epiphany, a new store that only sells limited edition poses. The one above is part of a group gift and the one in the second photo is part of a set available this weekend during a flash sale.

Petites but not that small !

Ok .. be prepared. You will be "awwing' all post long just like me while doing it !
The Petites are cute mesh avatars about 1/4 of a standard avie's size and it is complete cuteness (Have I already mentionned it?)
Petites are avatars originally created by Yabusaka Loon, and you can find the Petites market at Yabusaka sim. Although there is not much choice at the moment for the Petites avies, more and more designers are getting involved and creating Petites items !

So here are the one created by Alia Baroque from Fallen Gods .
Three Petites available there : Elves, Crystal and Dracos. I could show you about 50 pictures (which is not so far from the actual quantity of pictures I already took of them) but to make it simple... I only picked one style for each lines !

Every woman should have a little black dress
It is a known fact, though I do have many friends who would argue that this rule should be applied to men also
La Dulce Vida has released a new line of dresses and is giving away the black version for free as a group gift
You'll have to click for a close up because the patterning is just to die for and I love the pretty lace detail at the front (so much so I may take this image to a dressmakers and say "make it long and in white for my wedding!!")
I thought the ruffles would really bog down Saff's petite frame but I was surprised to find they really enhanced it
It's sexy, sleek and oh so feminine. You could dress it up for a night out or add tights and winter boots with a nice cardi for a day out!

Mish Mash Collabor8ion

I am alive, I've just not been blogging recently (my bad!) but I recently discovered COLLABOR88 where everything there is (you guessed it) 88L Well one of my favourite designers on the block right now is The Sea Hole and as you can see below is a lovely dress by The Sea Hole at COLLABOR88, now this dress is actually free as a COLLABOR88 group gift and the hair is by !lamb at COLLABOR88 (and is 88L)

Now I had to take a stumble around the new layout and new collection at The Dressing Room Blue and found these gorgeous sequinned leggings/bloomers for 60L by Mimikiri. They just utilise ye olde trousers (no mesh, no prims, no fuss!) and would fit any size with no need to resize, yay!

I then found out that The Dressing Room had rearranged and redesigned the whole store and fell in love with these gorgeous pants by LeeZu, high waisted and very sexy for only 69L

Also, did I not mention these shoes? They are just divine, not too difficult to tint and resize and only 70L by YS&YS and can, again, be found at The Dressing Room

Tuala's Myth

Evie did it again ! Tuala gown is just stunning in all the attention brought to the details and how the gown can by itself tell you a story.
I got a little crush on the Fortuna version, which tickled my vampire side, and which matched perfectly the Ana skin by Filthy.

The outfit comes with wings and note that if you're not running a recent viewer, you'll not be able to wear all the sleeves prim parts (but it remains gorgeous!).
The crown and collar comes in a separate set, each one matching the gowns colors!

And yet another breathtaking creations by Angelwing... Adorabelle.

The outfit is available in several colors (Black, White, Pink, Green), and Blue was set out as a hunt gift for group members at the store (me grumbles after RL for having missed the hunt!) and will now be only available in the lucky chair!

The staff comes in two version (different poses - one of them working with the fan) and the whole outfit comes either in silver or gold tone.

As per usual, the set includes jewelry (crown, bracelet, leg band etc) and... uh uh .. comes in strippable and lockmeister versions!

While I was hunting around the store (hoping I hadn't missed the hunt * more grumble) I found myself lucky enough to stumble over the St Patrick outfit, still there for *free* for group members!
