For my first post back on Look What the Cat Brought, I'd like to show you the "me" look. No beautiful, no faerie apparel, just me, pretty much as I look like and dress in real life (except for the gorgeous skin and hair and ears and... *laughs* you get the idea!) Anyway, this is Rosie, live from SL, and back in the Cat's team! I'd also like to thank Maelenn (aka Suavana, aka Mouseface) for the opportunity to blog on what we both created a long time ago.

I know, we've been very busy with our RL and for my part , I must admit, a bit lazy... but goodies seem to fall like the rain in the north of France (= A LOT) at the moment, and it would be a shame not to show them to you... A Piece of Candy just sent a new group gift to their subcribo members, it's this lovely sexy dress:

Have you noticed the hair? It's new from 69! And if you are not a member of their group, well, first shame on you because it's an amazing hair shop (plus enrollment was free until July 1st and I can't believe you missed it *grins*) and second, you will have to wait 2 more days to be able to get to the shop and take a look at the different new hairstyles that have just been released...

Oh and what about the shoes? These lovely flats were made by my friend Shayariel (yes! yes! the one from the blog!) and you can find them at a very reasonable price (I think around 50l$) at her shop in Avilion Vale.

As for the skin, you may have already recognised the touch of Aryanna, from GDS, and yes it's one of the new Keikos...

Me getting married, awesome people and RFL

Normally news about my personal life (even if it's my second life) should be posted here, and they will be, soon, with loads of pictures and all. But right now I would like to tell you about the awesome and generous designers who helped make the blushing bride something close to perfection *giggles*. And especially these two:


When I asked my friend Fredrik Writer if he could make me a pair of wings to match my wedding dress, he didn't think for even a second and said yes right away. And they were perfect, exactly what I wanted. I asked him if he could wait until after the wedding to start selling them in his shop, and that's when he told me he had no intention of selling them! He said since he'd given them to me full perm I could sell them myself... Well this is what I'm doing, sort of...




Aryanna DeCuir's talent and generosity are as big as her discretion, but if you read this blog, you probably have heard about her already... she creates, among other beauties, delicate skins. This exclusive design is the one she made as a custom work for my wedding:



Now what's so special about these items? Both are sold in RFL vendors, which means ALL proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society. And you can get them in the following places:

So... as you may, or may not have noticed, I only ever wear skins from Geisha Dreams Skins, and only the Keiko series. I have tried other skins, from great designers, and some of them I really like, but they are just not me. So when Aryanna DeCuir asked me to try on this new skin she's been working on, I must admit I was sceptic. This is the nude version, but the whole pack is coming out very soon, and I certainly don't want to miss it, and you either for there will be a special offer. More news on that very soon...
