Men Only?

Howdy all, Angel Slocombe here your new Guy about town.
I was Shanghai'd .... um I mean I was asked very nicely *cough* to contribute to this blog after I was spotted spending way to much time gabbing in the Make Him Over group chat. The group is dedicated to male and unisex fashion and right now until Nov15th the focus is on the second Make Him Over gridwide hunt. 174 stores with male and unisex fashion are supplying all manner of goodies in this hunt and the quality of the prizes is pleasantly good. In fact I know a number of female avatars who are also doing this hunt because many of the clothes can be easily adapted for them too.
The variety of styles available is what struck me after unpacking all of my boxes so I thought I'd introduce myself by showing off 4 different looks I achieved using the prizes from this hunt.

I'd like to take this opportunity to also give an extra shout out to Animations Rising/Rising Silks an incredible store for men I rediscovered thanks to the MHOH. All the poses above are from one of their model pose sets and today they released an absolutely incredible set of Silks called Mythic which truly live up to their name. I just HAD to show you.



If Silks aren't your thing there are also a good number of high quality menswear shops on the same sim offering all kinds of styles.

playing with my heart... Because today I fell in love, several times...
First with this adorable babydoll dress I received from the DSN, you can find it at a shop called Subtle Submission. There is a matching collar and as much as I hate collars, I must admit this one is really pretty and subtle, not shown on the pic because it takes my wings off (by the way have you noticed the wings? Thanks to a hint from Serenity Snook I sent a notecard to Xaja Denja and she sent me the 5 lovely pairs of wings that she made... you should do the same!)

Then I unpacked my weekly group gift from a Piece of Candy and fell in love again... What? You still haven't hit the subscribo yet? It's free, doesn't take one of your group slots and you get a gift each week. Unfortunately there is no history but you won't miss next week's gift if you run there!

You think it would be enough love for just one day? Well, there's more... I also found these eyes at a place called Ashes to Ash where the designer, Ashirin Oakleaf, sells lovely eyes, among other things...

Oh and just when I thought it was enough and was about to publish this post, I received this sexy bikini from the {CIPRIA COUTURE} DSN selection which is the same Immortelle posted about a few days ago, with a different texture.


And suddenly my heart goes "boom"!

Mashooka, DSN and other treats to get

Yep, yep.. i always think of you, and when I take a break from preparing the hunt, it's to do a post for you to get goodies... Am i not too good?
Lol.. ok enough for self flattering, but really, Mashooka has placed some special in her chairs, and between the dresses and the jewels ... you HAVE to visit her store. I still can't catch the blue, pink and white versions of those dresses... lucky chairs hate "S" and when a "?" pops.. I feel better to leave it to someone waiting for longer than me, but dang.. I'll get you lucky chairs !

There are also nice dollarbies to get like this red dress and the bindi (the small circle worn on the forehead) is for free in all colors.

Now last pretties sent via DSN...
Spork is as usual stunning and sexy with the Flight Mini dress in gold, and along with hair from Bryce Designs it's just yummy ! And the very final last touch came from both the pose, curtesy of Lazy Places and the shoes from Baby Monkey (Shoes aren't from DSN - non free)
