Ok, so I'm a rather huge fan of these two shops, they're luckily both on the same sim too!
Now none of the items in this post are free but they're very cheap, fantastic quality and yes they do have normal, non-medieval hair and clothes.
The hair is from Philotic Energy and the clothes from Moonshine Designs.
