im keeping this short and sweet cuz its late here and im sooo tired LOL... so...

Minajunk skin absolutely gorgeous and only 250L oh my!! One of her Cry skins with rainbow makeup, includes shape and facelight ^.^  And here is the luvly Sexyback Akina who wuz shopping with me... making a guest appearance in my blog post and modelling the amazing Minajunk skin oh-so-beautifully yayz. U so need this skin.

So i had to get the skin, natch. And some cool hair. The hair im showing u is exactly wot u need for ur good hair days and ur bad hair days... its by Tiny Bird... and only 1L for both days!! The cuppycakes hair adornments belong to the Deviant Kitties hair which is also sooo gorgy and also only 1L. This hair is actually a yummy purple blue colour. I uploaded the pics and now it looks black. It isnt  :-P

There's clothes also: by Silent Sparrow and Schadenfreude and Draconic Kiss woot! These aren't 1L but they are a lot less than u would have to usually pay for these brands. The Silent Sparrow outfit is... umm... all about meat :-P i couldn't get that one being a vegetarian LOL but its pretty amazing anywayz and if ur a carnivore... well it might be just wot u want. There's also toasts and cuppycakes and lollipops and donuts of all descriptions... oh and a squid hat by Gritty Kitty... well indescribable things really u betta just go see i think. Various prices and all cool stuffs. And the stall is only there til tomorrow. So... yeh u know... go now lolz ^.^

Coming Soon

Yeah .. Hair Fair started. Lag from hell came back too.

So since SL went down when I wanted to go and check the Fair, and when I finally managed to get back, all sims were down .. I'm thinking .. i'll visit it later.

It'll be opened till July4th at noon SLT.. so yeah kinda give us some time to check it another time, plus .. I'm on european time so *grins evily* I may be able to sneak more easily when USA are asleep.

I want to underline what Hair Fair is about and I read infos from different websites, or blogs and I think Pumpkin from Baking Cupcakes blog wrote something really great here.

We all go excited about our favorite hair designers gathered in one place, goodies, gifts and exclusive creations, but we should also all remember this ...

For once spending lindens in there is not only going to make you happy. When you buy something at the Hair Fair, benefits go to Locks of Love, which is a non-profit organisation working in order to given kids who lost hair due to medical conditions good quality wigs.

I'm going to invite you to read Pumpking post for it is full of great informations, and it's her post so I'd rather have you reading it on her blog than here ^-^.

Just one last line though. Mind the lag. Honestly, when I went last year to Hair Fair, and when I will be going there this year, I'll go to check the designer's work, and as lovely as your outfits may be, I think it's way better to go as primless as possible there. Less lag, you rezz faster, move faster, shop better and everyone is happy.

How to check ARC (Avatar Rendering Cost) ? Advanced tab --> Rendering --> Info Displays --> Avatar Rendering Cost.

Mind ARC isn't doing everything, kicking my AO off leaves my ARC to 16.. so why would I need to take it off... Scripts ! The more scripted objects you have, the more lag it causes. So kick the prims away and kick the AO, radars, HUDs ... That'd be awesome.

It's only Fair(e) to talk about it

Yeah .. I run, I run, I run .. in RL, in SL, so much sometimes it feels I have no time for myself anymore, but I really had to blog about the Fantasy Faire.

When Boaz dropped the sign at her mainstore, I got all "Wooot.. One faire JUST for fantasy stuff? How cool!" ... But honestly this was nothing compared to when I actually visited the Faire.

9 sims in total ~ 8 themes and a whole bunch of extremely talented designers.

The sims are just awesome, simply stunning. Each one built on their theme, I really want to stress the great work put in this.

In the picture I just show a very small part of what you can get there... So the purple doll dress is a gift from BlueBlood, the three other outfits are KC miracles, not free but so delicious still ! My little friend (the shoulder pet) is Cthulhu, one of the gifts by Tekeli-li. I must mention Tekeli-li creates awesome jewelry and hair. Maelenn got one style (not shown here) from there, fitting perfectly the Dryads and it is filled with so many options.. updo or not, change the color of the wood, flowers, leaves in the hair.. it's a steal for 175L per style.
The scarf is a gift by Kitheres, which is a shop I discovered via the Faire. And gosh such a good looking scarf is what I would have needed in RL, so I wouldn't have that cold right now ! *grumbles*

Plus the two necklaces I am wearing in the picture are gifties by Earthsong Creations. The lightning necklace was sent via the subscribo, but the lavendar one is to find at the Faire *wiggles a brow* Seek the moon and touch it to get this gift.

And I hired a model in order to make enough honor to Caverna Obscura creations. Let me introduce you Devora, one of the cutest fae Avilion has and a precious friend to me. Thing is.. when I saw Caverna Obscura items, I immediately notice this delicious dress.. why ? Because Devora owns it and wears it often. And we have to agree on that, she does wear perfectly isn't it ? Yes it's because she is looking gorgeous, and the dress too ! *adds to her shop list Caverna Obscura*

Well I'll end here my post on the Faire. There is MUCH more to see but it needs to be seen by yourself. Leave alone the fact that talented designers and some friends like Boaz (Simply Fae), Aria (Aria's Dreams), Evie (Evie's Closet), Alia (Fallen Gods), Ghanima Uriza (Blue Blood) and so many others to visit... hurry there !

What other song could fit more perfectly this beautiful new Evie gown? It is called Cariad (which means beloved, sweetheart or darling in welsh) and it is indeed my new darling dress. What else should I say? It's a gown from Evie's Closet! It cost 450l$ per color, comes in 6 different colors and you can find it at the RFL Fantasy Faire (as well as her other beautiful gowns, including the RFL ones that Mae showed here) or at her main shop

Freshly out for a delicious summer look

I do love Blue Blood .. I think I mentionned it in the past but I really do. So model those dresses is each time for me a delight. Unravel dresses is the latest release, to get in 4 colours, each of them fresh and summerish as much as you can wish it !

For those who got to assist the great fashion show by Blue Blood and The Black Canary, this is the dress Ghanima was wearing.. I wish my laptop and connection weren't that crappy and I could have published pictures of the show itself but let me just tell you the set was incredible.

"Life after Death" was the theme, and each model was presenting their outfits in a little boat, slowly moving upon the Styx .. (well not sure if it was meant to represent the Styx, but the theme in itself and the set were so gorgeous it made me think of this).

So a big standing ovation to all designers involved in this, to the organisers and the creators of the place!

And about the Unravel gowns, well why didn't you get them yet ? Plus if you're a group member, you get a special discount. Yes.. Life is good!

Good finds, late finds

Yay, it's me again.. Me got really tired so I needed a little break and just enjoy the lovely weather out here or just enjoy my friends in SL. First I do hope you loved the hunt. It's over now, yes and sorry for those who missed a few gifts. As Rosie said, we'll most probably have other treats and sweets for you, but right now... Meh needs rest.

But yeah I was speaking of good finds, so let's look at the piccie.

The last dress is to get at Sascha's Designs.. and if you were lucky to sneak into group chat (when it works! Darn SL) or check notices.. you could have gotten it for 1L.. because regularly Sascha set one dress for 1L for a limited time. So sweet of her isn't it ? Thanks Sascha !

Status Quome: All Honeyed Up!

Okay, so I'd never been to Honey-Honey till yesterday, when a friend told me about these cuuute fruit dresses and I had to go look. Then I had to play the vendor lottery at 50 Flats until I got shoes to match (and since the LM hadn't been updated, I kept ending up at a nightclub where the store used to be. Club looks nice btw.) Finally someone gave me the right LM and I dropped in, literally, on Ding who was outside 50 Flats. Sorry about that!

So check this stuff out! I didn't see *anything* in Honey-Honey over 50L. Everything shown here was free or 10L and under except the fruit dress. They have strawberry, kiwi, and orange... of course I got strawberry, it's closest to pink. *grins*

Vampire Weekend

So Goti tp-ed meh to the lucky chair at Warholic Vampire and i found... WOOT... there's a new dress in the chair! YAYZ!!! Cuz i luv Warholic Vampire... and the dress is a bit of a stunner actually. The skirt and sleeves are all black raven feathers well im saying its raven feathers anywayz cuz it looks like that to me ^.~   Cute sexy lace-up corset with a red bow on the back. Comes with stockings and socks and pants. And free. Really wots not to like? LOL.

Its the Bloody Lady dress, a darkly brooding vampire kinda dress so i went to hang out in the graveyard at Transylvania Vampire Empire. Where an aloof shy ghostie joined meh... at a distance... lurking behind a tree hehe ^.^  i needed good stomping shoez to go round the graveyard.... and these were free/cheap at Dilly Dolls some time ago... and they did the job heh. (the spiky collar n cuffs is by Violet Voltaire but i don't think u can get this any more since she closed her shop)

The dress isnt the only wonderful thing u will find at Warholic Vampire... there is a whole box of all the Lilly skins for only ONE linden for the whole box whoo hooooo @.@  Some of these skins are faves of mine... and the Lilly So Black skin wuz the perfekt darkly brooding skin to wear with the darkly brooding dress. 

So i needed darkly brooding hair... and i found it... freeeee... at the wonderful Dark Mouse... this is the Basha hair it is completely free for *twelve* colours and its gorgeous ^.^

You need to see the awesum skin and hair close up... so here u go...

PS there wuz a special offer when i wuz at Warholic Vampire... for 15 L a punk vampire outfit in same room as the Lilly skins... kinda latexy shorts with stockings and ripped bandage top... maybiez its still there if u like the sound of it u could check...
