On with the Shock!

Culture Shock, that is! With this event about to start (one more day, yay!) I'm seriously thinking to move RL me into the pixel world. Not that I have something against RL, but oh man, the clothes! (and the skins,  and the hair, and the shapes!) RL me would be happy in with all that inventory overload!
Ok, back to earth now! Culture Shock starts on May 4th and about 18o stores will be part of it. Each brand has at least one charity item, with 50% or 100% of the sales going to Médecins Sans Frontières. 
For this post I chose a dress by Solidea Folies - edgy as usual and this time mesh too. The dress comes in 5 sizes, but because of the see-through areas, it does not come with an alpha layer, so be sure to demo! Moniq is an S for the upper body and an M for the lower body, but she is wearing the large size in this post, to prevent the body poking through the mesh.
The C Star skin is also a limited edition for the event, with sales going to MSF. It seemed to be the perfect choice for this dress.
I added this lovely jewelry set by Miao - it comes with color-change options for the stones and the necklace and this edgy hair style by Miao.
The pose is by Juxtapose and is a prize in the High Voltage Hunt.

Hello and Happy 2012!

My first post of the year is about the Etheria Event, and I'm showing you the lovely collaboration between Sanura Snowpaw of Somnia and Kesseret Steeplechase of Miao. I got the whole pack for the very low price of 400l$, it includes the color change necklace and earring and the dress in 7 pretty colors. A steal if you ask me.

Still about Me.

No, no... I'm not being self-centered that much.
I'm speaking of Me. Hair, a great store I discovered during Hair Fair (gotta love those Fairs!)
There have been two new releases this week and yes, it's always pretty!

First is Lilly.. short, slightly messed hairstyle and as per usual, the hair comes as a "Everything" item, modifiable through the HUD. Note you can have a different color for the highlights ! Great isn't it?

Second is Brooklyn. Longer style, still looking a little messy.. but not any less gorgeous !

In my blouse

Still some of the pretties that were sleeping in my invent during this break.
Loving the style of them, casual but feminine and stylish!

First one is a creation by a designer which is still new to me; Kesseret from Miao. [I know.. you might wonder how comes The Cat didn't know a store called Miao.. well now it does!] and it's the Robin Empire Blouse (here shown in Amethyst, but loads of colors available).

Second is the Navy Blouse by Y&R. The "skirt" part was a great touch to the look if you ask me.

About the cute hairstyle, it's of course from Wasabi Pills and it's call Pompon (you might wear it without the headband if you prefer).
